I once heard someone say that trust for them "Once trust is broken it's broken it's the hardest thing to rebuild and repair" Rebuilding and repairing trust that is broken is hard to deal with to have someone violate and break you trust disregard it and not considering you can strike a blow that is difficult to come back from. When someone breaks your trust really doesn't really have anything to do with you, but more to do with that individual and what's going on with that individual. Trust is a very fragile thing it takes time build, But it can be broken and destroyed with minimal effort.
